Course participant: Any individual and/or partner who has registered for any of the courses provided by Cozette.

The Course

The course is conducted by a trained professional from Cozette. The duration of each course is specified on the website, and the dates are scheduled individually. The Cozette team reserves the right to change course dates due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., if the course provider is attending a birth and needs to reschedule the session).

Registration

Registrations are processed through the Cozette website via the form, and a course provider will subsequently contact you to agree on a suitable date.

Rate

The price of each course may vary and is specified on the website. Prices are subject to change.

Payment

The payment method is stated on the invoice received after the course date is set. Course participants may submit the invoice to their health insurance company for possible compensation. However, it is the responsibility of the course participant to verify if their insurance covers the course costs, and we cannot guarantee full or partial compensation.

Cancellation by the Course Participant

If a course participant is unable to attend the course for any reason, they should inform the course provider as soon as possible by email or phone.

Refund Policy for Courses

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course starts: The full course cost will be refunded.

Cancellation between four and two weeks before the course: 50% of the course cost will be refunded.

Cancellation from 14 days before the course: The total course cost will be charged.

Cancellation by Cozette

Cozette and the course provider reserve the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any money paid, including administration costs, will be refunded to the course participant. If possible, the course provider will attempt to reschedule the course or offer an alternative course date.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Cozette or published on the website, including text, images, and graphics, are considered intellectual property and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission. All material is for personal use only, and Cozette reserves all intellectual property rights to the materials used and distributed.

Liability

It is the responsibility of the course participant to determine if they are capable of following the course.

Students

Occasionally, there may be students or trainee instructors present who will observe or conduct part of the course under the supervision of a qualified instructor. In such cases, the course provider will seek permission from the course participant.

Confidentiality

The Course participant acknowledges that during the course, they may share personal experiences or sensitive information with the Course provider. The Course provider agrees to treat all such information with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose, share, or use any of the Course participant's personal or sensitive information for any purpose other than providing the course.

Both parties understand that maintaining confidentiality is essential for creating a safe and supportive learning environment. This confidentiality obligation shall continue even after the completion of the course. However, it shall not apply if the Course participant provides explicit written consent for the Course provider to disclose or use specific information for a particular purpose.

The Course provider will not disclose any identifying information about the Course participant without their prior written consent unless required by law or to protect the safety and well-being of the Course participant or others.

By participating in the course, the Course participant agrees to this confidentiality clause and understands its importance in creating a trusting and respectful learning environment.

Both parties shall take reasonable steps to ensure that any third parties involved in the course, such as assistants or trainees, also adhere to this confidentiality requirement.

Health and Safety Precautions

The safety and well-being of our Course participants are of utmost importance to us. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment during the course. However, it is essential to acknowledge that some physical exercises may be involved during the course, and participants voluntarily assume the risk associated with such activities.

By participating in the course, the Course participant acknowledges and accepts that engaging in physical exercises involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or discomfort. The Course participant agrees to take full responsibility for their own health and safety during the course.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the exercises, it is crucial for the Course participant to communicate at all times if they feel uncomfortable or experience any discomfort. The Course provider will make every effort to adjust the exercises to accommodate the individual needs and comfort levels of the participants.

The Course participant understands that they have the right to decline any exercise or activity that they feel is beyond their physical capabilities or comfort level. The Course provider encourages open communication, and the Course participant should not hesitate to inform the Course provider if they have any concerns or limitations.

In the event of any injury or medical condition that may affect the Course participant's ability to participate safely in the exercises, it is the responsibility of the Course participant to inform the Course provider before the start of the course.

By participating in the course, the Course participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Course provider from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to the participation in the physical exercises during the course.
