Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all courses, appointments, and services offered and provided by Cozette. All products and services associated with Cozette are covered by the term "the services."
Definitions
- Service provider: A professional who conducts the courses, massages, belly binding, or postpartum meal services associated with Cozette.
- Client: Any individual who has booked a service provided by Cozette.
- Course participant: Any individual and/or partner who has registered for any of the courses provided by Cozette.
Services Provided
- Courses
Courses are conducted by a trained professional from Cozette. The duration of each course is specified on the website, and the dates are scheduled individually. The Cozette team reserves the right to change course dates due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., if the course provider is attending a birth and needs to reschedule the session).
- Massage Appointments
Massage sessions are offered by trained professionals and scheduled based on availability. Clients are expected to arrive on time to ensure the full duration of their appointment.
- Belly Binding Services
Belly binding services are available by appointment and include wrapping and guidance for continued use at home.
- Postpartum Meal Services
Postpartum meal services consist of freshly prepared meals based on client preferences. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the nature of perishable food preparation.
Registration and Booking
- Registrations and bookings for all services are processed through the Cozette website via the designated booking.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.
Rates and Payment
- The price of each service is specified on the website and is subject to change.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through the payment methods available on the website.
- Course participants may submit invoices to their health insurance provider for potential compensation. However, Cozette is not responsible for insurance claims, approvals, or reimbursements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Courses – Cancellation by the Course Participant
If a course participant is unable to attend the course for any reason, they should inform the course provider as soon as possible via email or phone.
Refund Policy for Courses:
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course starts: Full refund.
- Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the course starts: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 14 days before the course starts: No refund, full course fee will be charged.
Massage, Belly Binding and other Appointments – Cancellation by the Client
If a client needs to cancel a scheduled massage appointment, they must notify the provider at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone.
Refund Policy for Massage and Belly Binding Appointments:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund, full appointment cost will be charged.
Postpartum Meal Services – Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
- Due to the perishable nature of the meals, all sales are final.
Cancellation by Cozette
Cozette reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., provider illness, emergencies, or schedule conflicts). In such cases:
- Clients will receive a full refund, including any administrative costs.
- If possible, an alternative date will be offered.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Cozette, including course content, images, and guides, are protected by intellectual property laws and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Liability and Health Considerations
Clients acknowledge that participation in courses, massages, or belly binding services may involve physical activity.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
- Cozette is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction resulting from participation in any service.
- Clients must inform the provider of any medical conditions or injuries before the session.
Confidentiality
Cozette values privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information shared during a service will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit written consent, except when required by law.
